Dear friends, infant and toddler swimming instructors,
it is the real pleasure for us to invite you to The International Conference with the topic: „Organization And Methods Of Infants And Toddlers Swimming In Individual Countries“.
The conference will be held on Friday 3rd of October, 2014 from 2 p.m. to 5th of October, 2014, 2 p.m. in the northern Moravia, the Czech Republic, in the industrial but picturesque town surrounded by mountains - Třinec. The conference hall, accomodation, catering and booked large car park are available at one point in the centre of the town, in hotel Steel, the House of Culture Trisia.
The town Třinec is the cradle of infant and toddler swimming, that is why it provides firm, organizational and personnel support. The organization ČAIPA was also established in Třinec, in February 2013, which is the organizer of the international conference. Such combination allows us to organize the conference in ideal, high standard conditions, for reasonable price for every participant.
The purpose of the conference is getting to know the organizers and authors of the infant and toddler swimming methodology in various countries, sharing experiences, being inspired by new topics and gain fresh view of the various countries approach to the issue.
We have invited all the infant and toddler swimming methodology authors in the countries such as Germany, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Belgium, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, France, the United Kingdom, the USA, Australia, Majorca, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Brazil, Argentina, Canada and other to participate actively and to lecture on its own or chosen topic. We met with great enthusiasm and interest. We can offer very attractive and diverse perspectives from around the world. The presentation of each trainer will be promotional materials with contacts, photos and film, the authors also recommend that you prepare copies for sale.
All the foreign lecturers are kindly invited to arrive already on Wednesday, 1st of October, 2014, before the opening of the conference not only to become acclimatized but we also would like to offer the Welcome Dinner and on Thursday, 2nd of October, the interesting daylong regional programme. We are going to care properly about lecturers from abroad at our expense. The lecturers will deal only with the travelling costs and your expense will be the time devotion to the conference.
The infant and toddler swimming instructors from the Czech Republic are kindly invited to the participation in the conference that is going to be very inspirational and beneficial for the further work in their own clubs.
The conference will be composed from the 21 thirty minutes long lectures and guided discussions on the chosen topics. The lectures will be held in Czech or English languages with the translation into German, English, Spanish and Czech languages into headphones which could be borrowed by everyone at the beginnig of the conference.
Because of the limited number of place, we ask all the interested in participating for the preliminary questionnaire completing and sending it back at the latest until 31st of January, 2014. Through the questionnaire we would like to get all the requirements, an overview of the ethnic composition and the participants point of view about the conference. This is the only way how to perfectly prepare the conference on participants level of needs.

Cancellation conditions
In the case of cancelation one month before the conference 20€ (500 Kč) will be deducted from incoming payment.
In the case of cancellation less than 14 days before the conference payment becomes non refundable.
Accommodation
The accomodation can be managed in nearby hotel Steel with the standard hotel accomodation prices. For the conference participants the discount price of 560 Kč /person/ night/breakfast/ in case of 2 persons occupancy in the bedrooms for 2 people is managed.
